Sounds like you are using an older version of Tuner Pro that doesn't translate 32 bit data properly. This was a bug that was fixed a few weeks back. But didn't get on our website (for download) until a couple weeks ago. Just uninstall the current version of Tuner Pro and re-install it using the download link
HERE (same as on our website).
Also, make sure that you are only trying to adjust the launch/FFS settings on the Tuned ROM files, not your stock ROM file which does not have this feature.
