That looks perfectly gorgeous to me. My old '03 E46 had beautiful black and tan leather with the topaz metallic blue exterior, it was perfect even at 105k miles when I bought it.
I'm going to echo what was said earlier, anyone saying that's ugly hasn't spent serious time in a luxury car.
