What about weight -- or is it difficult to make a direct comparison because of other structural differences between hatch and coupe?
For example, I think the Civic hatch is a bit lighter than the coupe variant, but as a general rule, I was under the impression that hatchbacks tend to be a bit heavier -- am I mistaken?
Of course, if it helps plant the rear wheels (on a FR), that isn't all bad...
