I need to stop posting as soon as something goes wrong it's a bad habit.
But I have found out that if I just disconnect the acc cable and reconnect it like as if turned my car off with the key the play store and everything else works fine.
So fingers crossed that my battery never goes flat other wise I need to reboot and set everything up again
