took my car in to have the first service... 7000 mile oil change/tire rotation/blah blah
i told the guy i wanted to keep an eye on the car and he was cool with it
they completed everything and it was time to sign, as we were walking to his desk he asked if i wanted my car washed... i refused and he went to tell them, but when i went to pick up my car i found out they washed the car
i was so freakin upset. seriously?!? a SMALL SIMPLE request that they ignored!?!? ughhh i step away from the car for a little bit and they fuk up
also heard a exhaust that sounded like my car when i was signing too, there was a few techs that were gathering around my car when it was on the lift, im pretty sure they all wanted to hear the exhaust... i cant prove that tho...
dont go to champion toyota in houston, if u do dont get out of ur car or lose sight of it
