Its a different car at this point, but the MSRP for the FR-S has already increased twice, to my knowledge. Power bump allegedly scheduled for 2015 will increase the price as well. Yet here I will be, car mostly paid off, still tearing through curves and twisties with a stupid smile on my face.

I'm talking from a marketing standpoint with the whole First 86 party, 10 Series exclusiveness; not that elite anymore. Of course it's going to be more expensive, those options are not free.
Based on what I've seen so far, you could pick up a used '13 for 20K. I'm looking for one to run on weekend events and on the track.
I too have a stupid smile on my face when I tear through the twisties... on 2 wheels that is!
