Will be fine so long as you can slap some kind of air filter on there.
Its just a really long intake tube with a useless intercooler in the path, the MAF will still read the amount of air.
You'll just get a bit less performance and fuel economy since you're uselessly spinning a compressor and you have a ridiculously long intake tube
