If they are ones with the little button in the center take a pick or a small phillips screwdriver and push the center button IN. It will pop in about an 1/8" and you will feel it click. Then just pull the rivet out by hand. Once its out you have to reset the rivet by pushing the center pin from the back side until it stick OUT 1/8". To replace push into place and then lock it using your finger.
