According to @Jeff Lange and a few other posts on some Lexus forums, it's a T2 Torsen. You can even see here that T2 is stamped on the top of the carrier: http://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-s...orsen-lsd.html

I'm aware there could be differences in specs (bias ratio perhaps) but they should work the same internally.
