Spending money on your 4 banger isn't going to make it faster unless you put FI on it.
Ok, yes you can gain maybe 20 hp but the money is much better spent on FI where you will gain over 100.
If you are looking to race on the highway, you bought the wrong car unless you plan an engine swap (which I would encourage you to do so).
