It should be ok, yes. But we haven't done it ourselves.
We may be overly conservative in this philosophy, but we tend to engineer towards the kits being able to be run on what's available, as if it were a stock setup. Variables like e85, meth, etc., are not considered for that reason. That's not to say they don't work, but if you are worried about knock, that's what the base stage 1 is setup for, running on 91 octane without worry.
