Find the spot to let out all of your clutch play (since these pedals are dead for the first 50%). Once you have the the clutch out to the point the car's moving, push it back in BARELY, just to stop the rolling. 4000rpm, then I pick up off of it as quickly as possible (note that I'm not sidestepping it). Put the throttle to the mat a the same time and you're off.

That helps a ton. I'm on Bridgestone RE-11As so it might be similar. They like slightly lower pressures so I'm probably looking at a decent amount of grip.
