Like mentioned somewhere above the 2014 is about the same as the 2013 (except some padding and a different head unit).
Before you start ordering a bunch of "power mods" I'd suggest you wait until you get your car and drive it for a while, then decide what you want it to do best (DD, track, autox or just go faster).
You may find out it is pretty stable and scoots along quite nicely right out of the box....

Truth and wisdom
The car is fast enough to have fun in easily. It'll never be fast enough for highway drags but it wasn't built for that. My friend drove mine through some twisty roads on the weekend and commented that even though he wasn't driving as hard as he would in his STI he was having way more fun.
IMHO This car just needs an exhaust, intake and tune to become a really peppy little sportscar with barrels of fun.
If this is your first car that you're considering modifying I would also suggest you don't go with a turbo kit. It's never as simple as bolting on a turbo. There are tons of additional costs and different factors to consider. Like humfrz said, buy the car and drive it first before you go nuts modifying it.
