I understand your point, however you are comparing apples to oranges. The design and manufacturing process of the Milltek involves "TWO Sheets" of high quality titanium. The Greddy uses ROLLED sheets thus the thicker tip edges. You also can't justify how much percentage titanium is within the alloy combination because titanium will break if you try to roll it to the angle close to the Milltek degree. The Tomei exhaust below is ONE sheet of titanium with flat tip, thus you will not find any welding edges and cannot be used to compare at all.

This was surprising since their stuff seems to be well executed most of the time. But it's enough to make me wonder what surprise would be awaiting me inside the box once I got it. When I see something like that being displayed as a demo for a show or exhibit it makes me wonder.

Unless you think bad craftsmanship is a matter of 'personal preference', you're missing my point. Until I see a pic of a better unit, I'll trust my own eyes that the piece I saw indicates the product I would receive.

Here's a pic of their matte finish. This is the quality I'm talking about, or lack off. This is NOT expert craftsmanship or treatment on the finish, and not something I would pay for to put on my car. The actual polished tip on display w/ the bluing was worse than even this if you look straight on at the edges (which they hide in the pic). I'll agree that the gradual powder bluing is nice though. Personal preference? Ok. Versus Greddy and Tomei below...

(Other's can't replicate the Milltek slant? Come on.....)
