Am I understanding that you wan close up pictures of the tips? They fill the factory spots really well, I would say around 3" maybe a little bigger.
I can't tell you what other exhaust brands I have heard. My current one is ISIH I think, its got a higher note than that one. Nameless its got a higher note than more burble to it as well.
