set it in the middle as in, when you take the coilover out of hte box, set the height of hte perch in the middle of the threads. so dont put it on the lowest setting. let the suspension settle for a few hundred miles then set the height that you would want it to be at.
i'm running -2 camber all around. some say thats a bit aggressive for a DD but i love it, my tires aren't wearing unevenly. just rotate them ever other oil change.

It would be my DD, and I'd be running the same setup as you for the wheels. I just can't go with anything else after following this build thread all year.
