If you have white spots on your clear coat, thats not a fault of the paint quality, its the fact that acidic contaminents have found their way onto your clear coat.

Easy way to take the spots off is to do the following:

wash it
Clay bar it
wash it
use a rotary buffer and a light cut polish like menzerna power finish.
Buff it till the polish flashes over
wipe it off with a microfiber
inspect the results

If done properly youll get rid of any swirl marks etc as well, it will look like highly polished glass.
