You have no idea how i drive or shift. The speed shift was his term not mine, and I definately dont slam into gear on shifts like that. The tech however shifted slower than my 16 yead old auto civic winter beater.
You can shift quickly without beating on the trans.

This, in fact I'd say things such as a quick rev match down shift you can only hear and not feel if done properly in less than a second.
What about the South Africa TSB on injectors? It mentions shifting in less than .6 seconds if I recall correctly? Why would there be a TSB for an issue that involves "speed shifting" if it were considered abuse?
