Im still on stock suspension, i fit 255/40/18 up front and 265/40/18 in back. 18x9.5 +38 all around. It pokes a little, and only ever rubs at full lock in front and full compression in rear.
If you care about the little bit of poke and rubbing but still want to be wide, id say get some camber adjustable tophats for the front, i think camber bolts will push the tire into the strut before you fix any poke and higher offset wheels would definetly cuase more problems.
As for the back going slightly higher offset will fix the poke. You might even be able to fit a 275 in the rear with a higher offset wheel, id have to go check how much room i still have to know for sure. Other option would be getting adjustable lca's and adding a bit of camber.
All problems could be solved by just running coilovers at factory ride height tho, then you can run whatever everyone else is running.

Norkoastal , sadly switching to wider tires/wheels is going to affect the ride quality. Your car will feel a bit stiffer.
