195 was on the HKS EL setup. I managed to get 198WHP on a prototype T1R EL header from AJR in Vancouver, BC. This was in summer, and after the car was on the dyno for about 4 hours. You should be able to replicate 200WHP with 93 octane with little issue, no comment on E85 though.
