I'm talking about the Palm Beach, Manalapan, Boca Raton, South Beach, Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale uber wealthy snowbirds. Age is not the issue, I've seen 25-75 year olds with Bentleys, Rolls Royce, Mercedes, Maybachs, Ferrari, Lambos, Lexus LFA, and every other high end ride you've seen in Toronto drive this way. Quebec is worse but not on the road but in the restaurants, they don't leave a tip, and based on the 599 outside they can afford it.
This is a serious question, and you if saw it you'd question it too.
Please educate me, I am a native Floridian that has lived all over the world and they baffle me.
Completely different than the Northeast New York New Jersey Connecticut crowd, they will run you over if you get in their way.

Well I can't answer your first question about speed on the freeway, since it's definitely not how people drive here.
As for the tipping from Quebec patrons, this is a well known fact everywhere outside of Quebec. They tip like shit.
