That's just a modified car. Mods don't change the class of the vehicle, only it's performance. I run down Z06 at the track, but I don't consider my 4banger FWD to be a sports car. It's just Fking fast..

My RSX isn't a sports car either it's considered a Sport
y car. But the only real difference between my car and the FR-S is RWD and a engine mounted lower. So I know what to expect.
