Its useful to check your specific states laws, as having one readiness monitor "incomplete" is allowed on 2001 and newer vehicles and you can still pass emissions
I would check readiness monitors in my car with the secondary O2 DTC disabled to see if they are "Ready" or just "Incomplete" but my recent appendectomy is telling me to wait a bit before trying to climb into my car
