The best part was I looked like a total jackass in front of them trying to 'prove' something by my accidental skid. Nonetheless, it was quite fun and at 11k miles my car's tire tread is just about worn off.

Replace your worn tires, use recommended pressure, appreciate the lack of grip in lower temperatures, maintain throttle input, use traction control.... because other people.
