I was having a problem with controlling my music through my base radio system (not BeSpoke) I know it's an unrelated problem, but I tried erasing the bluetooth connection and re-pairing etc and that didn't work. I looked on my pending updates on my iPhone last night and there was an update to iOS 7.0.2, after I did that update my phone started playing nice with my car again. Maybe you can give that a try?
