Wonderbar you know I'm a geek for this stuff, and I've been thinking up different designs, so I wanted to bounce a question off you. Have you installed a GoPro to watch the diffuser at speed? in particular, flutter of the leading edge, where the mount tabs attach to the RARB bolts? That should be the area of lowest pressure.
