Iphones just kind of are what they are, stock for stock I'd probably prefer ios over sense or touchwiz, but I'd pick cyanogenmod or stock in a heartbeat.
By the way, had my phone (HTC One GE) bluetooth connected to my car last night, got a phone call, the car rang, pressed the call button on my head unit, answered the phone, and hung up all without taking my eyes off the road, my music even picked up where it left off. Do you want to answer the phone with your voice?

Lots of nifty things you can do, maybe you can find a solution?
Sorry for the threadjack.

Not sure, I think the stock UI is okay, but it's definitely extremely slow. CM7 on my old crap single core phone was faster in response (but didn't have smooth graphics). Need to dump the stock ROM soon, when I feel unlazy. I think Samsung did a horrible job here. That said, I don't understand how iPhone users live without a universal back and menu button, those two make life so simple.
I have a dinosaur head unit with no bluetooth connectivity and my convertible is too loud for phone calls anyways, but I am still hoping someday there's some phone that has good noise suppression, a mic in a good location, and has a voice activated dialing thing that doesn't get every word I say wrong.
