As for the Manual Transmission, @ projek_01 Was right And while all remote starts dont have "reservation mode" they all have a "Nuetral/Hand Brake Safety Switch" So in an automatic its wired to the Nuetral switch, in a manual its wired to the Hand brake and will not start unless the brake is applied. The onwer has to have a bit of intelligence as well, don';t leave it in gear if you want to remote start.
Even without remote start I have had a manual for 10 years and have never left it parked in gear, just no point.
