As for the Manual Transmission, @projek_01 Was right And while all remote starts dont have "reservation mode" they all have a "Nuetral/Hand Brake Safety Switch" So in an automatic its wired to the Nuetral switch, in a manual its wired to the Hand brake and will not start unless the brake is applied. The onwer has to have a bit of intelligence as well, don';t leave it in gear if you want to remote start.
Even without remote start I have had a manual for 10 years and have never left it parked in gear, just no point.
Sorry to necro this thread, but did you ever get the remote start working in your car?
