I would know. Those are my pistons from my engine.
I don't beat on my cars cold, but once it's warm, it's always game on. Driving it like you stole it, or hard, or via the motoman method or whatever isn't below 4k is essentially the same. There's isn't a science to this, but a collection of ideas formed from personnel experiences, which is what those pistons are portraying, my personal experiences. Now onto the details:
93 octane fuel
0w-20/0w30/5w30/5w40 (changed within the first 500,again at 1000, again at 3000, again at 5k, and every 2k up to 15k.)
DI was functioning fine.
FI for 8k miles
NA for the rest
Automatic.
