Ok, the cylinder block "plug" which could be used for a nipple fitting is part number 11021AA112 but I don't know the dimensions. I had one ordered just to see. It looks like its from various model years though, so its probably a common thread size.
It also might be the spot used for adding an engine block heater.
Edit: There are TWO plugs, one on the driver side that is small, one on the passenger side that is HUGE.
