The torque dip is roughly where it switches injection methods from what I understand it, and the factory tune is VERY conservative in this area. It can be minimized on pump, but all the extra timing advance you can run on E85 really takes care of it. Only way to wholly remove it though is with headers, but the tune goes a long way. I didn't even notice unless I was fixating on it.
