Honda got its street cred ruined by ricers but there are tons of guys who actually do crazy builds. I think cost helps since there is such an abundance of parts out there.
Makes me sad my last project goal of a b18b turbo hatch got rear ended and totaled before I got a chance to really get it started. Only just dropped the engine in.
