[getbent]

From what I have seen in my own car, the oil pump isn't variable speed. Just from memory, I typically see about 1 bar per 1000 psi:

~10psi at idle (600-700 rpm)
~1 bar at 1000 rpm
~2 bar at 2000 rpm
~3 bar at 3000 rpm

I haven't paid too much attention to the oil pressure at higher rpm.

This is using Pennzoil Platinum 0W-20 at ~200f.
