I've never had it(no military in immediate family) but ran rental car offices for a few years and can tell you they are one of the easiest and most helpful insurance companies for their customers. USAA in general is a great organization.

I'm AD and have USAA and have loved them, but I'm not sure if I'm getting the best deal through them? I always heard they had the cheapest and have been very pleased with them, but I've got full coverage with 100/300/100 in NC and pay $103/month. 23, single, college grad, nothing on my record (last 3yrs clean). Does that sound about right? I've seen some getting quoted $2-300 less a year.
