It should not be an issue.
Subaru boxer engines are used, with reduction gears, in experimental aircraft all over the world. In that application they are run constantly at or near full RPM for thousands of hours.
I have personally flown with one in an RAF2000 gyrocopter and a Zenith 601HD fixed wing. I would not hesitate to do it again.
At the revs you are talking the engine is not even at a good fast walk never mind running hard, compared to these uses of them.
