I'm sure it won't be much different from 86 owners swapping BRZ bumpers or vice versa as far as fitment goes. The application pics show the 5 mph styrofoam isn't there so it rests in front of the steel crash bar. Revolution (the shop/brand that had Gruppe-M create the intake for them) also lists it for 86/BRZ.
As far as how it looks with the BRZ bumper, see the pic I posted above of Revolution's 86 oil cooler that also happens to show the intake ducts. That might give you a general idea of how low the duct openings hang. Looks as if the duct might slightly get blocked by the BRZ's mustache but it still might get good flow.
