One thing I don't get is how dinging doors isn't vandalism.
Say I'm walking around a parking lot with a bat, swinging it in a circle, and it hits a car...I would be arrested for vandalism. But yet some jackass flinging their door open somehow is expected??? Two different tools, same outcome.
Its like whether you shoot someone or stab them, its still assault with a deadly weapon or murder. Yeah...I just took it too far.
