Easy fix - keep the stock rev limit.

But seriously, it could be fuel related. I have upgraded injectors and pump and had absolutely no problem making power right up to 7600rpm, no dips what so ever. With that said, it could be the difference between a canned e-tune vs a live dyno tune.
