No official EPA for the 86 has been released but I'm pretty sure it will be on par Highway and even better City.
No pricing has been released yet. R-spec gives you a Torsen LSD which is standard on the 86.

You didn't get my point about the brembos. It's better to get it standard than to pay 5k out the pocket just to put it on. You probably have never driven a GC and just hate it because it's made by Hyundai.
