Okay. Even with all that, as Zoti said, you'll still be done for under $29K OTD for a Limited if you talk to Clint (at least you should be on the last of his '13s).
You'll probably end up a bit over it if you ship it. But pick it up, and you'll be OTD, even with your taxes, for under $29K with Clint @

There might be somewhere out there with taxes so high that it pushes it over $29K OTD. But in at least 99.9999% of the country, Clint can get you a Limited, OTD with every last thing, for under $29K. At least if you're willing to pick it up -- which, frankly, everyone should do anyways if it's at all a possibility.
