For the record, Loot 2.0 and I think Paragon 2.0, which are what the console is built around, have been in the works for the PC for a long while and will be a free patch before Reaper of Souls.

Might want to give Reaper of Souls a chance when it's out. While there still isn't a skill tree, Paragon 2.0 will give the option of picking the stat bonuses as you hit new Paragon levels. If I heard correctly, as well, all RoS areas will be randomized.
I considered getting the Xbox version, but... I just keep playing PC and wait for patch day.

Honestly the only downside to the console version, that I can tell, is that local co-op means shared drops. So it's lootninjablo all over again.
