If I were you, I'd keep what you have and look for a way to quiet it. Example would be the Nameless downpipe with added resonator option. Otherwise if the car's way too loud for you, then keep the header, return the exaust, and get something quieter than Nvidia.

As for the tune, you really should have one when running an aftermarket header. If your worried about voiding the warranty, then get something like Unichip that doesn't flash the ECU, but instead modifies its outputs. A tune will smooth the engine while unleashing the real power gains your mods are capable of.
