Happy to hear the experience was good. I've been amazed at their response times. The man must not sleep.
I think the only reason the "good enough" approach is still netting customers is due to their willingness to aggressively advertise. When I bought in, I really wasn't aware other options existed with a large enough customer base to make me comfortable purchasing. Was my mistake for not researching sufficiently, but I ended up opting for the one with 2349083 thread count.

Costly lesson, but at least the word is spreading so new people know who to go with.
