I have these on my personal BRZ as well and I did not notice any difference. I will have to keep an eye on it today to see if I notice a difference.

But in UNICRONLAND yellow and white are used for speakers and red is used for video.
So when we are using a UNICORNLAND product in FAIRYLAND we have to "re-pin" it. Meaning we have to put different colored pins in different sockets. So yellow goes in red socket, white goes in white socket and red goes in yellow socket.
