I am glad you both passed grade 2 reading. If you took the time to read what I posted, it clearly states I would NOT be sueing, nor that I care if non-10 series owners get the headlights. I merely asked a question if people thought about doing it, because this wouldn't be the stupidest thing in court these days. There are plenty of previous class action lawsuits over false & deceptive advertising, whether it be MPG, Horsepower (btw maybe we should all sue Toyota/Subaru for saying 200hp).

But thank you for making this forum such a great and welcoming place.

Sorry to send this thread plummeting down a cliff, with just a curious question.
