I looked at the following
Genesis Coupe 3.8 track
Focus ST
Mini Cooper S
Mustang V-6
Scion FR-S
My own S2000

The cars that came closest were S2000 and the FR-S. I decided that it was worth trading some performance for some increased practicality and comfort. At least for my particular circumstances and lifestyle. The improved steering feel was an added bonus. The FR-S to BRZ value equation will be different for everyone, but after the superb offer I got from Clint at Heuberger Motors, I decided a BRZ limited was worth it. I'll probably post an in depth review of all of those cars once my BRZ is delivered.
