I have this exhaust as well. It is noticably louder than stock, produces a decent note (I'm happy with it) and is a few lbs. lighter than stock. It is not intrusive and I don't get drone on the highway.
Also, this is a pretty good price. Also, it's factory! So it doesn't give you +/- additional 2hp, but it's not like you were going to feel that anyway.
