All the parts are exclusive to the 10 Series as you can't go to your local Toyota dealer and buy a FT-86.
Really the headlights aren't wired the same for the 10 Series FR-S so the JDM ones are different.

Yes they are D.O.T. approved for the U.S. unlike the JDM ones.
