I would take that bet. FR-S has more RPMS thus needing to shift a lot less. Would love to see the two battle it out at the track, and I would put my money on the nimble FR-S over the bloated GC 2.0T.

Yup, as ryude said, we are discussing the 2013 GC here.
2013 GC 2.0T - 3,362 @ 274hp
2012 FR-S - 2,750lbs (or so we think) @ 200hp
If those numbers on the FR-S are correct, the GC has a much better power to weight ratio.
