Can I start my car from my living room through? ie through the wall to the garage?
Does the car stay running when I get in or put it into gear? Is it a seamless process?
Are there security risks? Steering wheel lock, "hackers", ect.
Cost breakdown? Setup, maintain, ect.
Will there be wireless interference? I want to listen to music via bluetooth, static?

smart key
within 2-3ft of the door the door unlocks itself as you pull the handle
15 ft away, it automatically locks
i think toyota uses the tech where the start codes change
sit in the car and press the start button the car turn on but the engine remains off, which mean you can use the radio n stuff
press the brake/clutch (auto/manny) and press the button the engine turns on
(some makers use this) emergency lights turn on in the case of an accident and the engine is turned off(less chance of fire)
all in all the system works well and is reliable, or it wouldnt be an option for many manufacturers...
in 5-9 years every car will have this tech...
